SigiPulse ("we", "us") provides AI trend intelligence for creators. This policy explains what we collect when you use sigipulse.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture.
• Preferences you give us during onboarding, such as niches, platforms and countries.
• Usage data: pages viewed, trends saved and feature usage, used to improve the product.
• A device fingerprint used only to prevent abuse of the free trial.
• Payment data is handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details; we only keep the payment and subscription IDs and status Razorpay returns.

How we use it

• To run your account, personalise your trend feed and send the digests you ask for.
• To process subscriptions and prevent fraud.
• To understand and improve how SigiPulse is used.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run SigiPulse: our hosting and database provider (Supabase / Lovable Cloud), Razorpay for payments, Google for sign-in, and AI providers that process public trend content (never your private data).

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences, plus first-party analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can update your preferences in Settings at any time. To export or delete your account and data, email supportsigipulse@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
