Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel SigiPulse Pro anytime from the Subscription page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• The 3-day free trial lets you try SigiPulse before paying anything.
• If you were charged and are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund of that payment.
• Duplicate or failed-but-debited payments are always refunded in full.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

How to request

Email supportsigipulse@gmail.com from your account email with your Razorpay payment ID (shown on the Subscription page).

Delivery

SigiPulse is a digital service. Access is activated instantly after successful payment; nothing is shipped.
